Because I am a virtual assistant to you and your business, you only pay for the hours that I spend working on your project.  For you, that means no employment taxes, payroll, overhead, benefits, vacation, equipment, sick time, etc. - and of course no downtime!

I work only when you need me.  Tired of scrambling around to find something for your assistant to do who comes in to the office 10-2,  three (or more) days a week? 

I am ready whenever you have work to be done, no matter what your schedule is this week.

Hourly Rates:

$40 per hour (administrative)
$50 per hour (web development/maintenance)

My rates are competitive with other virtual assistants performing the same duties.  However, if you have a special situation you would like to discuss with me concerning rates, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Sometimes it makes more sense to arrange for payment by project.  Please contact me to discuss these rates as they will obviously vary depending on the scope of the project.
      
Retainer Packages:
(Applies to administrative work only.  Website work is billed at hourly rate or project rate only.)

10 hours/month: 5% discount ($38/hour = $380)
20 hours/month: 10% discount ($36/hour = $720)
30 hours/month: 15% discount ($34/hour = $1020)
40 hours/month: 20% discount ($32/hour = $1280)

All my work comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee!  I'm not happy until you are, and I will work with you to complete the job to your satisfaction.

Terms:

Incidentals such as postage, shipping, copying, printing, virtual tour membership, email blasts, etc. are not included in my rates and will be charged separately as reimbursable expenses at their actual cost. For large incidentals, you may be asked to pay for them directly.

Retainer Packages - Additional Information

Retainer fees are to be paid in advance and are due by the 1st of each month.

A maximum of 5 unused hours will be rolled over for one month only, and the previous month's unused hours will only be applied after the current month’s hours have been used.

You will be notified when retainer hours have been depleted. Work will not continue until permission is received from you.  If hours of service exceed hours in your retainer package, you will be billed at the end of the month for additional hours using the same retainer rate.  Large overages must be paid in advance. 

Retainer packages may be cancelled with four weeks notice, but prepaid hours which are unused will not be refunded.
