• Printing is easy too; I have arrangements with local printers for special print pricing for our clients, or I can easily use web services such as expresscopy.com.
• You’ve got the listing – and just sold the house! Don’t lose the edge in the neighborhood; I will make sure your creative Just Listed and Just Sold cards are sent out immediately to the houses in the surrounding area - virtually or by mail.

• Taking great photos of the house can sometimes be tricky. I have the right equipment and training to achieve exceptional quality every time.  I can take care of the entire process from photography to finished flyer, postcard or vitual tour.  All you need to provide is the address!
• While I am there taking photographs, I can accurately measure all the rooms and provide a detailed checklist of the amenities the house has to offer - windows and locations, types of flooring, cabinetry, views, window treatments, etc.
