Susan started Lynchpin Business Solutions in 2006 as a way to help real estate consultants and other professionals get out of the office and back to meeting clients and generating new business.

Susan has many years experience in office administration, most recently with Keller Williams Realty as Regional Communications Manager for three different regions encompassing 46 offices ranging in size from 30 agents to 500 agents.

As Regional Communications Manager, her duities included:

• Writing, editing, and producing a monthly newsetter for two of the regions,
• Maintaining three regional intranet sites;
• Creating powerpoint presentations for monthly and quarterly leadership meetings,
• Planning and coordinating every aspect of 8-10 educational and training classes in Los Angeles and Dallas every year,
• Creating flyers and e-flyers and marketing plans for the educational classes,
• Planned and coordinated yearly regional awards banquet including registration, awards, photographer, entertainment, etc.,
• Maintaining detailed expenses and income sheets for each event, completing each one under budget,
• Providing daily communication between the three regions and the regional office,
• Compiling detailed monthly reports for the Regional Director,
• Maintaining regional database,
• Coordinating advertising and distribution of regional "Premier" Homes magazine,
• Serving as the regional resource to all new offices during their first three months of operation;
• and much more!

Susan has been married for 22 years and has three children. Her husband works for Verizon Business. Her oldest daughter will be entering Stephen F. Austin University this fall and the other two children will be in high school. The family also includes two dogs and two cats.

Running is a favorite hobby, and Susan has trained and run four marathons with The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team in Training (TNT) program:  Austin maration, Oklahoma City marathon, Marine Corp marathon (in Washington DC), and the Anchorage maration (Alaska).  This fall she will be a mentor for the TNT group and train for the Goofy Challenge in DisneyWorld: run the 1/2 marathon on Saturday (13.1 miles) and the full marathon on Sunday (26.2 miles).

Other favorite pastimes include reading, writing, baking, and photography.
